“I'm interested in the space between the viewer and the surface of the painting - the forms and the way they work in their surroundings. I'm interested in how they react to a room.”
- Ellsworth Kelly

Our Accessory Dwelling Units aspire to spatial quality while cooking, eating, relaxing, sleeping and even working, from home. This version utilizes the 9-square grid to organize a dynamic interior space. Formed across the diagonal, the living areas are neatly catty-corner, somewhere in between connected and separate. Placing the ridge across the diagonal, each elevation creates a shifting pattern of seams and openings. The negative corner offers a covered porch and dueling indoor/outdoor connections to the living areas of the home.
